About Simrin

From a young age, Simrin has valued making a difference in her community and has loved being able to do so in impactful ways. She found her passion when organizing Colors Against Cancer, a 5K color run in honor of community member, Taylor Matthews, which has since raised over $50,000 for pediatric cancer. This experience guided Simrin to the event planning industry. Since then, she has organized numerous philanthropic events for various causes as well as branching out to social events.

Simrin likes to think of events as a way to make meaningful memories for her guests to cherish for years to come.

Simrin currently works as a Consultant at Teneo. She graduated from New York University with a major in Psychology and a minor in business studies. She continued pursuing her passion for making a meaningful impact within her communities as the Director of Philanthropy for her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha. Simrin planned fundraising events ranging from bake sales to school-wide talent competitions raising over $10,000 for breast cancer awareness and education. She was then elected president of her sorority, where she applied her event planning and management skills to a wide range of events and projects. Currently, Simrin is the chair of the Movement for Meaning initiative on the Young Professionals Board of Exhale to Inhale, an organization that provides services to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. She plans monthly workout fundraising events in addition to several larger-scale events to support ETI’s mission and fundraise for a worthwhile cause.

Simrin focuses on small details to give her classy and elegant events a touch of magic. Whether it is a flower arrangement, a baked good, lasting photographs, a keepsake, or a DIY decoration project, Simrin will pour her heart into making these moments special for you.
